As an Assistant Store Manager M/F, you will support the Store Manager in all their responsibilities.
Your tasks will include:
Analysing data to develop the best strategy and improve sales performance and productivity Supervising all operational and administrative tasks within your remit Motivating and encouraging your team of 35 to 80 people on a daily basis Recruiting and training staff Communicating the company's strategy You will be responsible for managing a large team with diverse profiles and backgrounds.
You will use English on a daily basis with your teams.
Profil recherché :
Higher education in business Proven first experience in managing large teams (ideally in retail) Passion for fashion Recognised for your management skills, your commercial acumen and your commitment to customer satisfaction Dynamic and organised A taste for challenges Available to work flexible hours and weekends Fluent in English.
