Variance analysis.
Booking of provisions.
Ensuring accuracy/completeness of a portfolio of accounting accounts (AOP process).
Management of fixed assets (inflow and outflow).
Application of IFRS 05 and IFRS 16.
Leading closing activities of the department.
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the General Ledger.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Management of Fixed Assets, including depreciations, AHFS, activation, maintenance, and compliance with audit requirements.
Responsible for various subprocesses as a process owner.
Execution of application tests (both recurrent and ad hoc).
Acting as SPOC for internal/external audits.
SPOC in the context of projects, both internal and external integrations).
Management of ICT tickets.
Providing technical support to other team members.
Acting as a backup for the Division Manager for certain aspects, such as scrum.
Backup Tasks:
Closing of the AP (Accounts Payable) module for all entities.
ICO (Intercompany reconciliation).
Management of electronic invoicing.
Robotic processes.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting Knowledge of BGAAP (Belgian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Knowledge of IAS/IFRS (International Accounting Standards/International Financial Reporting Standards) At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of Dutch, French, and English (active knowledge is a plus) Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) Knowledge of Fusion (Oracle Cloud version) is a plus.
