Excellent attention to detail – you are used to double-checking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake. Proficiency in Photoshop for image refinement and overlaying.
Design background with a portfolio showcasing design expertise.
Interest or experience in AI technology is beneficial .
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility to accommodate time zone differences for meetings and calls.
Organizing skills - you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste.
Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations.
You'll surely have a manager with whom you'll be working closely but still, you need to be independent.
