The final output should be evaluated in TME’s Driving Simulator for ADAS performance and subjective driver acceptance.
Main project milestones include:
Review of the state-of-the-art of vehicle control technologies.Review of the state-of-the-art of Haptic Shared Control approaches.Design and calibrate new control concepts utilizing dynamic rear steering.Perform Design of Experiments (DoE) at Driving Simulator to investigate model stability and driver’s subjective feel during different vehicle handling conditions and model parameterizations.Analyse of the subjective vs objective steer feel metrics and user acceptance.Want to know more about how it is to work at Toyota? Check-out Or Your Profile You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)You are Master student of Engineering in the field of Systems and Control, Automotive engineering, or equivalent.You have a strong interest in vehicle dynamics and control.You have experience in testing, simulation, and optimization methodologies.You have already demonstrated programming skills in past projects in MATLAB/Simulink.
