Defining, proposing and/or implementing procurement strategies and action plans in collaboration with other departments.
Preparation and presentation of the procurement strategy and award note to the appropriate approval committee.
Preparing and managing negotiations with potential suppliers, drawing up calls for tenders and defining the negotiation strategy.
Preparation of contracts and/or orders for assigned files.
Management of framework supply and/or performance agreements and follow-up with internal suppliers and customers to ensure full compliance.
Participation in the deployment of framework agreements in the southern zone.
Organizing and participating in the evaluation of suppliers and defining action plans as appropriate.
Management of possible disputesYour mission profile as a (Senior)Buyer (M/F/X) We are looking for a candidate who:
Holds an engineering degree with a commercial and/or technical orientation or has proven experience in a similar position in purchasing, ideally in project purchasing.
Has a working knowledge of SAP MM and the Office Suite.
Communicates fluently in French and English.
Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
Is comfortable with technical subjects.
Is organized and rigorous in the administrative management of his/her files.
Is a good negotiator, with a practical mind, excellent analytical skills and critical thinking.
Actively participates in a good team spirit and is part of a continuous improvement process.
Demonstrates autonomy, commitment and flexibility.
Has a keen awareness of safety and the environment.
