Have about 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the banking/insurance sector, and relevant experience in some of the following areas:
digital adoption & transformation, data management & analytics, product development, innovation, distribution channel management, transformation projects or core operations.Have a first experience in project management, business process analysis or as Business Analyst.Can communicate transparently and with impact in Dutch/or French and English.Have affinity with transformation projects and have an analytical mindset.Are stress resistant, flexible, and you can work independently or in a team.Are commercially solution driven and client minded.
